Nebraska’s strength comes from us. From hardworking community members – the families, small business owners, farmers, teachers, first responders, and everyone who shows up every day, does the job, and looks out for one another. It comes from choosing to see the good in one another and building trust; knowing one’s word is their bond and a handshake is as good as a contract. We, individually and collectively are the backbone of our communities and the foundation of our future.

After 30 years in the Navy and decades in emergency medicine, Kishla knows what it means to serve and lead when it matters most. She’s seen what happens when systems fail and when leaders look the other way. She will bring trust, accountability, strength, and common sense back to government.

This campaign is about results not rhetoric. Nebraska doesn’t need more politicians trading blame; we need leaders who build, protect, and deliver. Kishla’s plan connects what others treat as separate — the economy, healthcare, and security into one unified mission: building a stronger, safer Nebraska.
